Beautifully crafted rustic bottle opener Blue Dog

The blue dog is Louisiana through and through — the folk-art pup with the yellow eyes that shows up on walls from New Orleans to the bayou. This plank puts him front and center, bright blue and hard to miss.

This is a rustic plank-art piece cut from 1" x 6" sanded top choice pine, about 11 inches tall, with a blue dog design. The image is UV printed or laser engraved depending on the design, and the board is built thicker than our earlier openers. The bottle opener hardware comes with the plank, unattached — attach it where you like, or hang the plank as art on its own.

It fits a living room, an office, a camp, or the wall by the back door — an easy gift for anyone who loves Louisiana folk art. Mounting hardware is not included. Every board is handmade in Bourg, Louisiana, so the grain and coloring will vary a little from the photo. Personalization is available on request; just ask.
